Thompson Press Punching Process Product Examples
Technology capable of punching materials such as ultra-thin films of 16μm, sponge with a thickness of 50mm, and hard and soft materials, with a maximum table size of 2000 x 600 mm.
It is a processing method that punches (presses) various materials using Thomson dies (wooden dies) or metal molds. A Thomson die is a mold that has a groove processed by laser on a base of plywood or resin board, into which a steel blade (Thomson blade) bent into the same shape as the groove is embedded. We have achieved punching of hard materials that could only be handled by conventional metal mold presses, as well as three-dimensional shapes such as trays and molded products using Thomson presses. Please consult us even if you have materials that cannot be punched by other companies. 【Product Examples】 - Printing alignment for vacuum forming + three-dimensional shape punching - Punching of 0.5mm thick magnet printing alignment - Foam EVA 50mm thick guest cases, etc. *For details, please contact us or download the PDF.
